The Caribbean Wine & Food Festival takes place annually in Turks & Caicos from February through March. It features wine tastings from across the Caribbean, as well as gourmet dishes from local restaurants and food trucks.
The festival also features live music, cooking demonstrations and a cigar lounge. You can find this festival in the centre of Providenciales, the largest island in Turks & Caicos. You can also attend cooking classes and cooking demonstrations, as well as listen to live music performances by local artists.
Turks & Caicos Conch Festival – Turks & Caicos
The Turks & Caicos Islands are a popular vacation destination for Americans and their food scene is no different.
Turks & Caicos Islands are known for their conch, which is also called “sea snail”. The Conch Festival celebrates this culinary delicacy and features music performances, art exhibits and other cultural events.
It takes place in April at the Grand Turk Hotel.
Festival Del Mar – Anguilla
This festival celebrates all things seafood with live entertainment, art exhibits and plenty of great food! The festival runs from June through August and features both local cuisine and international cuisine.
Barbados Food & Rum Festival – Barbados
This event has been running for more than 40 years and offers an eclectic mix of culinary delights from around the world. Expect to see everything from beef jerkys to sushi rolls served up by some of the best chefs in town!
Portland Jerk Festival – Jamaica
Portland Jerk Festival has been held annually since 1976 in Portland, Jamaica. It brings together Jamaican cuisine with American flavours, to create an exciting event for foodies of all ages.
This festival includes a jerk chicken cook-off, with live music performances by reggae artists like Chronixx and Sean Paul. You can also find Jamaican beer on tap at this festival!
